Here at Shine Organics we are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $150 within Australia and $220 worldwide.
We endeavour to process your order and have it shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping should see your order arrive within 3-7 business days, and express within 3-4 business days of its lodgement at Australia Post. These are guidelines only and delivery times may vary.
Please contact our salon on 0448 494 490 to organise collection of your local pickup. Please note: We will now hold your order for a maximum of 10 business days. You will need to contact the salon to arrange the collection of your order. After this time period, we may return your order to the warehouse. You will then be required to pay additional fees to have your order shipped to you.
We offer a 30 day return policy should you change your mind about the product we offer a refund or exchange. Please keep in mind we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been lightly used.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure or fault you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, and Shine Organics may not provide a refund or exchange. Shine Organics will require an original proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Without a receipt we cannot offer any of the above.
