Since going to Shine Organics my skin has never been better. The ladies are always professional, and Collette is very knowledgeable about all the treatments and products. I love the results.

Megan did a beautiful job on my feathertouch brows - so happy with the results. I did a lot of research prior and was so impressed with the examples of Megan's work. Megan is so knowledgeable about her work and takes time to thoroughly explain the process and put you at ease. Would definitely recommend this extremely professional salon.

I went to Shine Organics toward the end of last year to get my eyebrows tattooed. I am very fair and was nervous but I was glad they offered a consultation and Meg was very nice to deal with. After the touch up visit they were still quite light in colour and so Meg booked me in for a 3rd visit. She also said that after I paid for the first two visits I could come as many times after to get them right (I was not of the assumption that a touch up later was included like the following year or something, but I believed if she hadn’t gotten them right or dark enough in he first place then she would continue until I was happy with them) In December I texted Shine organics to ask Meg for yet another appointment because one of my brows is lighter than the other one and they still weren’t dark... enough despite asking to go darker twice (the front half of my brows are barely visible now and I’m not oily and looked after them after they were done). I received a text back from Collette (Meg’s mother) saying that she spoke to Meg quickly and Meg said that if I wanted to go darker then I needed to book in for a touch up visit? Really? They were never dark enough in the first place. So I didn’t bother to deal with them again because I have lost faith that they can do what is required to make them look how I desired. Plus, to receive a message that didn’t address my concern was very poor form. I have since been to another salon who made me feel heard and noticed the colour difference between my brows before I said anything and that they aren’t precise. The other artist has said She will need to shape them and essentially start over which is going to cost $550. So, what should have been done in the first place is costing me double. I had a lovely rapport with Meg but the lack of aftercare and customer service after my visits is poor. I didn’t want to keep coming back as a busy working mother, let alone it is expensive and now I’m having to get my brows fixed when I was so excited to finally get them done. Please consider where you book in and make sure you trust where you are going. Ask questions like how long have they been tattooing and make sure you go somewhere that you believe can give you what you want.read more

It is VERY rare I do a review but I am so impressed with Collette and Meagan. They are very professional, so full of knowledge, answer any of your concerns and do not talk you into a treatment if they feel it is not suitable for you. Their treatments are tried and tested ( on themselves ) first. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, beautiful salon and I always look and feel fabulous when I leave after every treatnent.
